Privacy slats are the upgrade path for chain link: vertical strips inserted through the mesh that turn a see-through fence into a semi-private screen while keeping everything that makes chain link practical — the low cost, the durability, and most of the wind performance. They come two ways: factory pre-inserted in new fabric, or field-installed into a fence that is already standing.
